Delivery time: Post has up to D+3 WORKING days to deliver.
These days are counted from the day after transfer of the mailings to the Polish Post. |
| |
For example, mail given to the Post on April 30, 2004 may reach the client on May 22, 2004 because of holidays and weekends. |
| |
- Excluded to advertising / marketing material
- All have the exact contents without any change in text, except for the address
- Minimum of 20 pieces
- The sender must have a contract with the Polish Post
- In partnership with Poland's leading companies, Prografix conducted research concerning the actual delivery time and response rates of advertising mail vs standard mail during the long May holiday weekend in 2004. Click here to download a report that summarizes the results.

|
remember: |
Avoid surprises, always check with the Post first if you wish to mail a non-standard piece. |
| |
Remember to include
the postal classification if you are using "advertising" or "priority" mail. |

Don't forget the return address- you may need two in the event that you are the official sender but returns are going to a service company for processing. |
|
| |
Keep in mind that the Polish Post's addressing standard is the lower right hand section of envelope. |
|
| |
Be smart - insert a mockup of any large or thick mailing in a standard Polish mailbox to see if it will fit without bending. If it is too big, you will force your client to stand in line to pick up the piece at the post office. |
